At VR Enterprise, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. This Returns Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning products purchased from us.
2.1. Upon receiving your order, you should inspect all products within 48 hours of delivery.
2.2. Any defects, discrepancies, or damages must be reported to our Customer Service team within this inspection period.
Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
3.1. Custom-made or prescription lenses manufactured according to your specifications are not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed specifications.
3.2. Standard stock lenses may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
4.1. Returns without a valid RAN may be refused or delayed.
4.2. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5.1. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt to verify the reported issue and eligibility for return.
5.2. If the return is approved, we will process it within 7 business days of receiving the returned products.
5.3. Depending on the nature of the return, we will offer one of the following remedies:
6.1. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6.2. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
6.3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7.1. For wholesale customers, additional terms may apply as specified in your wholesale agreement.
7.2. Bulk returns may require prior arrangement and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the invoice value.
8.1. If products are damaged during transit, you must note this on the delivery receipt and take photographs of the damaged packaging and products.
8.2. Contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery with the photographs and details of the damage.
We reserve the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
